What huuman does
huuman learns your body, your goals and your day, plans your week and adapts it as your data changes.
A 12-week plan in phases, with daily sessions for strength, cardio and mindfulness, built around your goal and your body.
Travelling or short on sleep? Ask your coach to move a heavy session and it replans around your day.
Every set, rep and weight, your personal records in the set table, and a one-tap swap for any exercise.
Log a meal with a photo or a sentence, and huuman counts the calories and protein.
Reads your sleep and heart rate variability from Apple Health and explains what they mean for today.
Your coach remembers what you told it, such as an injury or a busy week.

On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions, then huuman.
Tap Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before it renews. The same applies during the free trial.
Apple Health and privacy
Sleep, workouts, heart rate, activity, nutrition and body measurements, to personalise your coaching.
Completed workouts and mindful minutes can be saved to Apple Health. Writing is off by default.
Export it anytime under Settings, Privacy, and delete your account directly in the app. Anonymous analytics is off by default.
What huuman does not do
No medical advice. huuman is a coach, not a doctor and not a medical device. With a medical condition, talk to a qualified clinician first.
No Android or web app. huuman runs on iPhone only.
No video classes. Sessions come with clear steps and timers, not follow-along videos.
No human coach in the app. Your huuman Coach is AI. For coaching by a person, see the Primespan Program.
The download is free. Coaching needs a huuman membership: monthly, or annual with a 7-day free trial.
No. The huuman Coach is AI. It plans, adapts and answers in the app. If you want a human coach, the Primespan Program offers coaching by a person.
No. huuman is available for iPhone only, on iOS 18 or later.
No. huuman works with the data on your iPhone. If you wear an Apple Watch or another device that saves to Apple Health, huuman can read that data too, with your permission.
In your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then huuman. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The same applies during the free trial.
Yes. A few screens in the app are still in English.
